Application Review

We read every application. We reply to every applicant. If we're not moving forward, we tell you why — not just a generic 'we'll keep your CV on file.'

Intro Call (30 mins)

A conversation — not a screening quiz. We want to understand your background, what you're looking for, and whether there's a mutual fit. No trick questions.

Technical Review

A practical task — relevant to the actual work, not a whiteboard algorithm puzzle. Paid for your time if it takes more than a couple of hours. We review it with you on a call.

Offer

If it's a fit, we move fast. Offer within 48 hours of final interview. No unexplained delays, no 'we're still deciding.' When we want you, we tell you.
